Bacon Burger Sliders Recipe
Great to make for your family or company that comes over!

Ingredients:

2 # ground chuck
-
10 slices bacon, cooked

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
-
½ cup Panola Steak Sauce
-
1 tsp ground black pepper
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
Rolls, split and toasted
-
Slider Sauce-recipe included
-
Caramelized Onions-recipe included
-
2 T butter
-
2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
SLIDER SAUCE:
CARAMELIZED ONIONS:

BURGER:

Pre-heat an outdoor grill or griddle pan to medium-high.

In a medium bowl, combine ground chuck, bacon, Panola Steak Sauce , salt, and pepper. Form mixture into 25-2" patties.

Cook the sliders on the grill or griddle, turning once, until cooked through, 8-10 minutes.

Toast rolls.

Spread Slider Sauce on bottom half of each roll; top each with 1 burger. Spoon Caramelized Onions evenly over each burger; cover with top half of each roll.
SAUCE:

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Panola Spicy Sweet Jalapeno Peppers, red wine vinegar, and Panola Clearly Hot Sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
ONION:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-heat heat.

Add onions, and cook, stirring frequently, 10-12 minutes, or until caramel colored.
