Mama's Baked Oysters
Ingredients:
1 quart Oysters, drained
1 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 ½ tbsp Panola Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Melted Butter
3 cups Saltine Cracker Crumbs
1 pint Half & Half
3 tbsp Panola Cajun Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Grease a baking dish. Sauté celery in oyster juice and butter
for 2 minutes. Layer crackers, oysters, and then celery mix.
Season with parsley, Panola Cajun Hot Sauce, Panola Worcestershire
Sauce and black pepper. Pour in part of the cart of half & half.
Layer everything again in the same order, finishing with the
half & half.
Sprinkle the rest of the cracker crumbs over the dish. Bake at
325 degrees for 45 minutes.
