Blackened Fish
Ingredients:
Fish Fillets, you choice
Panola Fish Seasoning
Cooking Oil
Directions:
Take a fillet of your choice of fish, dip in melted real butter.
Generously sprinkle both sides with Panola Fish Seasoning.
Place in a hot skillet (do not add any additional oil to the
pan) leave for 7 minutes, turn the fillet and leave for another
5 minutes. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
