Chicken Sauce Piquante

Ingredients:
3 pieces of Chicken
1 – 16 oz.can Crushed Tomatoes
1 small can Tomato Sauce
1 can Beans
½ pkg Frozen Corn
1 Finely Chopped Onion
½ Bell Pepper
2 Clove of Garlic
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Brown flour in oil on low heat until golden brown (about 15 minutes, stirring often) Add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes into this and let cook until oil comes of the top. (Garlic may be added to gravy whole and removed when gravy is done) Add water, corn, beans and Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce and bring to a boil, let simmer slowly until done (about 15 minutes). Then brown chicken in a separate pan with oil. Drain and add to the piquante mixture. Cook chicken until tender.
