Corned Beef

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs Corned Beef Brisket
2 Onions, quartered
2 Celery Stalks with tops
3 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Panola Meat Seasoning
3-4 Garlic Cloves
3-4 Carrots
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cracked Pepper
Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
Vinegar or Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Panola Liquid Seafood Boil

Directions:
Cover meat with cold water & seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 hours or until meat is tender. Test. When fork easily pierces easily, the meat is done. For a boiled dinner, remove meat, & boil cabbage, new potatoes, & carrots in the beef stock. After boiling, the brisket may also be rubbed with mustard and brown sugar and baked in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until glazed.
