Creole Crab Meat Dip
Ingredients:
½ Stick Butter
1 lb. Crab Meat Shredded
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 med. Onions, Chopped Fine
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 can Water Chestnuts
Mushrooms (Optional)
Parsley Chopped Fine
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 tbsp. Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
Directions:
Sauté onions, celery, mushrooms, and parsley. Add cream of celery,
crab meat.
Serve warm with crackers.
