Marinated Chicken Livers
Ingredients:
20 Chicken Livers
1 package Bacon
½ bottle Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
½ Bottle Sweet & Spicy Dressing
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Pepper
6 oz. Capers, drained
1 can Water Chestnuts
Directions:
Marinate chicken livers overnight in Panola Marinating Mix. Wrap
chicken livers and 2 tablespoons of capers into the center
of one slice of bacon. Secure bacon with a toothpick. Attach
two water chestnuts with the top of the toothpick. Place livers
in a baking dish and pour remaining Panola sauce over livers
as desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, and then broil
for the remaining 10 minutes.
