Mrs. Talbots Signature Salad Recipe

Who said eating your greens would be tough?

Ingredients: 

12 oz Spring salad mix (mixed lettuces)
3 green onions, sliced
5 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 Granny Smith Apple
½ cup Mrs. Talbot’s Spicy Pecans, chopped
Mrs. Talbot’s Apple Vinaigrette to Taste

Directions:

Cut the apple into quarters, remove the stem and the seeds, and cut into very thin slices. Sprinkle lemon juice over the slices and set aside.

When ready to serve, in a salad bowl, combine all ingredients. Season lightly with salt and pepper and toss with the dressing.
