Oyster Soup
Ingredients:
3 doz. Oysters
1 quart Milk, Boiled
4 Celery Stalks, Diced Fine
Chopped Celery Leaves
½ lb. Butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 tbsp. Panola Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
Directions:
Sauté celery, Panola Worcestershire, Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce and butter together until tender, then add the oysters. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes, until the oysters curl on the edge. Warm milk separately and add once ready to serve.
