Panola Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
· 12 chicken wings
· 1.5 TBSP Panola Poultry Seasoning
· 6 oz. Panola Cajun Hot Sauce
· 3 oz. Panola Clearly Hot Sauce
· 1 Stick Margarine
Directions:
1. Preheat Oil to 350 degrees.
2. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Season with the Panola Poultry Seasoning and let set for 15 minutes.
4. Pour the Cajun Hot Sauce and Panola Clearly Hot Sauce in small pan with the stick of margarine. Let this simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Cook the chicken wings(depending on size) for 12-16 minutes. The idea is to get the outside texture of the wings to be crispy.
6. Remove wings to paper towels to absorb all oil.
7. Put wings in bowl and cover with sauce and toss. A good idea is to put the wings in a gallon zip lock bag and pour sauce over and seal the bag.
8. Let stand for 5 minutes so wings absorb flavors then enjoy with your favorite beer!!
Notes:
· For Garlicky Wings, substitute Panola Garlic Hot Sauce for the Panola Cajun Hot Sauce
