Panola Hot Wings

Ingredients:

4 pounds chicken wings

4 tablespoons Panola Poultry Seasoning

1 bottle Panola Hot Wings Sauce

Directions:

Cut tips off the wings and rinse in cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle Panola Poultry Seasoning on both sides of chicken.

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F.  The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep.  Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add Panola Hot Wing Sauce and stir together.  For extra hot wings add a tablespoon of Panola Extra Hot Hot Sauce. Serve with blue cheese or ranch salad dressing, if desired.

For a lower-fat version, grill or bake the chicken wings.  Then toss with the Panola Hot Wing Sauce.v
