Pasta Salad Recipe
Not your grandmothers pasta salad!
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Vermicelli Pasta
1 Bunch of Celery
1 lg. can Pimentos
4 tbs. Panola Spicey Sweet Jalapeno Peppers
1 med. Onion, Finely Chopped
1 sm. Bell Pepper
2 ½ cups Mayonnaise
1 tsp Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Boil pasta according to box directions.Drain and cool the pasta.
Finely chop celery, pimentos, onion, and peppers. Mix mayonnaise, chopped vegetables and the cooled pasta.. Salt and pepper to taste. Finish with Panola’s Gourmet Sauce. Chill for at least 4 hours, but stays fresh for up to 3 days.
