Seafood Fettuccine

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Half & Half
½ lb. American Blocked Cheese
1 med. Bag of Fettuccine Noodles
1 Stick of Butter
2 med. Onions, Sliced
1 med. Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 lb. Mixed Peeled Shrimp & Crawfish
1 Clove of Garlic
1 tsp Panola Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Sauté butter, onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Add milk and cook on medium heat.Add cheese and seafood, then cook 15 minutes over medium heat. Stirring often to keep the cheese from sticking to the bottom. In a separate pan while the mixture is simmering, boil and drain fettuccine noodles. Combine once ready to the mixture. Place the mixture into a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
