Spinach & Artichoke Casserole
Ingredients:
2 – 10 oz pkg.Frozen Chopped Spinach
½ cup Butter
2 – 3 oz. pkg. of Cream Cheese
1 – 8 ½ oz jar Artichoke Hearts
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
1 tbsp Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Set
aside. Combine butter and cream cheese in a saucepan; cook
over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and
cream cheese is softened. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts,
cream cheese mixture, pepper, lemon juice and Panola Gourmet
Pepper Sauce. Stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased casserole
dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30
minutes or until bubbly brown.
