Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers Recipe

Not as hot as you would think it would be, just really delicious!

Ingredients: 

½ lb ground beef
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 oz Panola Spicy Sweet Jalapeno Peppers
1 tbs. Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
½ cup bread crumbs
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
12 jalapeno chilies, halved, stemmed and seeded
4 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Heat grill to medium.

Brown the ground beef and drain off any excess grease. Fold in the cream cheese, green onions, Panola Spicy Sweet Jalapeno Peppers, Panola Gourmet Sauce and bread crumbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the mixture is completely mixed, fill each jalapeno half. Top each jalapeno with grated parmesan cheese.

Place on the grill, filling-side up and cook until slightly charred and tender, about 7 to 8 minutes.
