Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

Amazing appetizer, side dish, or addition to your favorite salad!  Marinated tomatoes stuffed with your favorite cheese (we used Bleu Cheese), and then grilled to perfection.


Recipe serves 4-6


  1. Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Season the tomatoes with Panola Pepper’s Clearly Hot Sauce, & salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the tomatoes on the grill open side down, and grill for 5 minutes.  Flip the tomatoes, fill with Bleu Cheese, and grill for 5 more minutes or until cheese is softened.
  3. Remove from the grill and allow to cool slightly.  Drizzle tomatoes with Panola Pepper’s Clearly Hot Sauce and serve!
