Grady "Bubber" Brown is a Louisiana Farmer, following in the footsteps on his father's land in Lake Providence. Panola Pepper Corporation employs over 30 wonderful members of our community who still honor the traditions set forth on the first batch. Panola has since expanded production to accommodate nearly 100 unique, high quality food products in a modern production facility and the distribution center is still located "Right on the Farm". What a delicious, fun way to use your leftover Thanksgiving Day Turkey! Full of flavor, and super easy to make, this Panola favorite will be a recipe you will find yourself using year after year! (I recommend making it year round, substituting chicken when turkey is not in your refrigerator)
